Why does my emachine keeps shutting down

I looked over the motherboard in my Emachine I just rehabbed. I found three electrolytic capacitors has bulging tops. One of these is running hot. That is a tell-tale signs of failing capacitors. I am going to pull the motherboard out and replace those swollen capacitors. These may be the source of the problem and should solve this problem. Good electrolytic capacitors have flat tops.
